Abstract :Cantrell pentalojisi oldukça nadir görülen ve orta hat supraumbilikal abdominal defekt, sternum alt uç defekti, diafragma ön kısmında defekt, perikardın diafragma yüzünün eksikliği ve intrakardiak anomaliler ile karakterize bir sendromdur. Az görülen bir anomaliler grubu olması nedeniyle ilgili literatür gözden geçirilerek olgumuza ait özellikler sunulmuştur.
