Abstract :Tüberküloz, Türkiye gibi gelişmekte olan ülkelerde önemli bir halk sağlığı problemidir. Genital tüberkülozun üç ana semptomu infertilite, pelvik ağrı ve menstrüel değişikliklerdir. Tanıda biyopsi örneğinin histolojik incelenmesinde kazeifiye granülomların görülmesi patognomoniktir. Bu makalede, yaşı ve klinik bulguları nedeniyle maligniteyi taklit eden genital tüberküloz vakası literatür eşliğinde tartışılacaktır. Abstract: Tuberculosis in developing countries such as Turkey is an important public health problem. The three main symptoms of genital tuberculosis are infertility, pelvic pain, and menstrual changes. The presence of caseified granulomas in the histological examination of the biopsy specimen in diagnosis is pathognomonic. In this article, the case of genital tuberculosis mimicking malignancy due to its age and clinical findings will be discussed with the literature.
