Abstract :In this case report, we present a 76-year-old female patient diagnosed with ventricular fibrillation in the emergency department who died after cardiopulmonary resuscitation. The importance of observing J waves in a patient’s electrocardiogram after spontaneous return to circulation is addressed in terms of the risk of arrhythmia.
