Abstract :Bu çalışmanın amacı eğitim, istihdam ve teknoloji arasındaki ilişkiyi irdelemektir. Günümüzde endüstri iyi eğitilmiş insan talebi yaratmıştır. İş piyasasındaki rekabete dayalı olarak eğitim sistemi daha çok sayıda insana daha fazla beceri sağlayacak biçimde genişlemiştir. Türkiyeâde eğitim gelişmiş ülkelerden farklıdır ve Türkiyeânin temel meselelerinden birisidir.
