Abstract :This research assesses the prospects and challenges of marine tourism in Bangladesh, focusing on its capacity to drive economic, environmental, and cultural benefits. Utilizing a qualitative analysis of current conditions and potential, the research identifies key impediments, including environmental threats, infrastructural deficits, regulatory inadequacies, and climate vulnerabilities. It argues for a comprehensive strategy that encompasses legal reform, infrastructure enhancement, community engagement, and environmental conservation. The findings underscore the necessity for integrated approaches to unlock the sector\'s full potential while safeguarding marine ecosystems.
