Abstract :Background and Aim: Many women may experience urinary incontinence for the first time during pregnancy. This study was designed to investigate toileting and elimination behaviors in pregnant women, as well as the associated factors influencing these behaviors. Material and Methods: The study, planned as cross-sectional and descriptive in design, included 374 pregnant women who visited the antenatal clinics of a public hospital affiliated with the Ministry of Health. Data were collected using the \\\"Personal Information Form\\\" and the \\\"Toilet Behaviors - Women\\\'s Elimination Behaviors Scale (TB-WEBS) (Adapted for the Pregnant Population).\\\" Results: In the study, the mean age of the pregnant women was 28.41±5.04 years, the mean gestational week was 31.64±7.13. It was found that 33.3% of the pregnant women experienced urinary incontinence, with 21% reporting incontinence while coughing or laughing, and 13.5% experiencing it while trying to reach the toilet. Among the pregnant women, 34.2% reported being aware of Kegel exercises, and 5.7% stated that they practiced them when they remembered. In this study, the mean score of the Toilet Behaviors- Women\\\'s Elimination Behaviors Scale for pregnant women was 51.53±12.48, indicating a moderate level. No significant difference was found in the mean Toilet Behaviors- Women\\\'s Elimination Behaviors Scale scores based on the participants\\\' age, smoking status, coffee and carbonated beverage consumption, or history of gynecological surgery (p>0.05). Conclusion: It was determined that pregnant women exhibited moderately unhealthy toilet behaviors, with one-third of them avoiding sitting on the toilet and delaying their toilet and elimination needs when outside the home. Keywords : Gebelik, Üriner inkontinans, Tuvalet alışkanlığı
