Abstract :Objective: This study aims to systematically map the research landscape at the intersection of mental health and occupational health and safety (OHS), examining how the relationship between these two domains has evolved over time. Materials and Methods: A bibliometric analysis was conducted on 1,493 publications indexed in the Web of Science database between 1996 and 2025. The analysis identified major publication trends, research hotspots, and influential authors through performance and network mapping techniques, providing a visual representation of the field’s intellectual and conceptual structure. Results: The findings indicate that mental health remains a central theme within OHS research, with increasing attention to specific occupational groups, innovative research methodologies, and social challenges amplified by the COVID-19 pandemic. Over time, studies have shifted from general occupational risk assessments toward integrated approaches emphasizing psychosocial well-being, workplace resilience, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Conclusion: Although limited by its exclusive reliance on bibliometric data, this study offers a comprehensive overview of the evolving research on mental health within OHS. It highlights the growing importance of incorporating mental well-being into occupational safety frameworks and organizational policies. The results provide valuable guidance for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers seeking to promote sustainable, health-oriented workplace practices. References: 1. Abdullah, K.
