Abstract :Dialysis met the clinical criteria to be classified as a renal substitute therapy and is used not just for patients with acute renal damage but also to tackle catastrophic consequences of genetic pathologies. The letter’s focus will be on acute dialyses with particular emphasis on metabolic, polycystic kidney diseases, majority of electrolyte imbalances, overload of fluids, and toxins having to be removed in the case of Alport syndrome, urea cycle, and inherited tubulopathies. For all its importance in treating end stage kidney disease it is the least favorable treatment option and is employed when all other means fail to achieve a successful outcome. Certain problems such as lack of certain equipment, complication risk, and experience requirement stress the need for customized treatment plans. Raising the awareness of the indications of Acute dialyses, and the drawbacks also, especially in GSD can improve clinical efficacy and the survival of these patients.
