Abstract :Kronik hepatit C tedavisinde son 10 yılda çok büyük bir değişim olmuştur. Halen hastalığın tedavisinde en sık ribavirin ve pegile interferon insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PEG-IFN); kullanılmaktadır. PEG kullanımına bağlı akciğer kaynaklı komplikasyonlar görülebilmesine rağmen plevral effüzyon bildirimi oldukça nadirdir. Bu yazıda ribavirin ve PEG-IFN tedavisi verin bir hastada gelişen izole plevral efüzyonu literatür eşliğinde sunmayı amaçladık.
