Abstract :Ralstonia picketti, genellikle hastane ortamlarında enfeksiyonlarla ilişkili fırsatçı patojen olarak ortaya çıkan, çoğu antibiyotiğe dirençli, fermentatif olmayan, Gram negatif bir basildir. Bu çalışmada metastatik over kanseri tanılı hemodiyaliz hastasında Ralstonia picketti’nin neden olduğu kateter enfeksiyonuna bağlı gelişen bakteriyemi olgusu sunulmuştur.
