Abstract :Summary: al-Mutanabbî is a great poet who existed in the first half of fourth century ofHegira. He was born in 303/915 in Qûfa and noticed with his extraordinary intelligenceand ability of poetry. He took course from important savants in Qûfa. On the otherhand he walked around Damascus together his father and learned unmixed Arabic frombedouins in desert, and gained perfection in it. He had a narcissist character. AlthoughHis real name was Ahmad, he was famous with al-Mutanabbi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Assertor ofprophethood);. This is an important evidence of his narcissist characteristic stucture. Heobtained the real fame after his making acquainted with The Hamdanid Ruler Sayf aldawla,and was well-known by his eulogies for that ruler. One of the eulogies intendedfor mentioned ruler is the poem that was subject for our article.
