Abstract :Örgütsel bağlılık, işgörenin çalıştığı örgüte karşı hissettiği bağın gücünü ifade etmektedir. Örgütsel bağlılık duygusunun, örgütsel performansı pozitif yönde etkilediğine inanılmakta, bu çerçevede, örgütsel bağlılığın işe geç gelme, devamsızlık ve işten ayrılma gibi istenmeyen sonuçları azalttığı, ayrıca ürün veya hizmet kalitesine olumlu yönde katkıda bulunduğu ileri sürülmektedir.
