Abstract :Denetim mekanizmalarının yeterince gelişmediği veya etkin kullanılmadığı sistemlerde, yönetimlerin genellikle düzgün çalışmadığı bilinen bir gerçektir. Başarılı bir yönetim sistemi için iyi işleyen bir denetim sistemi şarttır. İyi bir denetim sistemi ise denetim standartlarına uyulmasıyla mümkündür.
