Abstract :Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 1994 Mart; 1insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1); Tüberkülozlu Olgularda T Helper Lenfositlerin Araştırılması ve AIDS ile Karşılaştırılması Ahmet Akkaya Nihat Özyardımcı Oktay Gözü Ercüment Ege Özet Araştırma Uludağ Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Göğüs Hastalıktan Kliniği`nde yatarak tetkik ve tedavi gören reenfeksiyon tüberkülozla 12 olgu üzerinde gerçekleştirildi. Ayrıca 10 normal sağlıklı kişi kontrol grubu olarak çalışıldı. Tetkik için kanlar hastaların antitüberküloz tedavisi başlamadan önce alındı. Reenfeksiyon tüberkülozlu olguların T helper lenfositlerinin ortalama sayısı 827/mm3, oranı % 45.66 olarak bulundu. Kontrol grubunda ise T helper lenfositlerin ortalama sayısı 845/mrn, oranı % 49.28 olarak bulundu. Kontrol grubuna göre araştırma grubu değerleri anlamlı olarak düşük bulundu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(sırasıyla p<0.05; <0.005);. Araştırma grubu CD4/CD& oranı ortalama 1.375 iken kontrol grubunda 1.707 olarak saptandı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.001);. Genel olarak CÜ4+ T Lenfositler tüberkülozdaki koruyucu bağışıklığın anahtar hücreleridir. AlDS`de T helper lenfositlerin azalması ve CDj/CDg oranının düşük olması tüberkülozlu olguların periferik kan değerleriyle benzerlikler göstermektedir. Abstraçt Investigation of T Helper Lymphocytes in Tuberculosis Cases and Comparison with AIDS The research was carried on 12 cases of reinfection tuberculosis who were followed at Chest Diseases Department ofMedical Faculty of Uludağ University. Also, 10 normal healthy people were studied as controls. The blood samplesfor investigation was taken before the initiation of antituberculosis chemotherapy. Of the reinfection tuberculosis cases, the mean number of T helper lymphocytes and the ratio of T helper lymphocytes, to whole lymphocyte count wasfound to be 827/mm3 and % 45.66 respectively. The values were 845/mm3 and % 49.28 in the controls. The values of the patients were found to be signifîcantly lower than the controls insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05; <0.005);. The CDJ/CDg ratio of the patients was 1.375 while it was 1.707 far the controls insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.001);. It is generally accepted that CD4+ T lymphocytes are the key cells in protective immunity in tuberculosis. The decrease in Thelper lymphocytes and the smaller ratio ofCD^CDg in AİDS shovvs resemblance with the blood values of tuberculosis cases. Key Words: T Helper lymphocyte, pulmonary tuberculosis.
