Abstract :Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 1994 Mart; 1insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1); Enürezis Etimolojisinde Ig E`nin Yeri T. Ahmet Serel, Bahattin Tunç, Harun Doğru Orhan Gedikli S. Kağan Doğruer Özet Enüretik hastalarda etiyolojinin saptanmasında Ig E düzeyinin önemi araştırıldı. Çalışma kapsamına Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Üroloji ve Pediatri polikliniklerine başvuran 28 primer enüretik hasta alındı. Üç hasta başka etiyolojik neden düşünüldüğünden kapsam dışı bırakıldı. Enürezis etiyolojisine yönelik olarak geri kalan 25 hastada kan Ig E düzeyleri tesbit edildi, Yirmi beş hastanın 15`inde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(% 60); Ig E düzeyleri anlamlı olarak yüksek bulundu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.01);. Sonuçların istatistiksel anlamlılığı paired-t testi ile kontrol edildi. Anahtar Kelimeler: Enürezis, Ig E. Abstract Ig E in Enuresis Etiology The importance of blood Ig E levels were explored to determine etiology of enuresis. Twenty-eight primary enuretic patients were taken into the study group who were admitted to the departments of Urology and Pediatrics in Süleyman Demirel University, School of Medicine. But 3 patients were excluded because of etiologic causes. in the remaining of the patients; blood Ig E levels were determined. Of the 15 patients insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(60 %); the Ig E levels were found to be higher than normal significantly insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p< 0.01);.
