Özerdemoğlu Ufuk Aydınlı Özet Çocuklarda torakolomber vertebra kırıkları oldukça nadir görülür. Çocuklarda bu bölgede mevcut olan büyüme potansiyeli, sağlam kemik ve disk yapısı ile vertebral ligaman ve yumuşak dokuların elastisitesi nedeniyle bu kırıklar, erişkinlerde görülen vertebra yaralanmalarından farklıdırlar. Anahtar Kelimeler: Çocuklar, kırık, torakolomber vertebra. Abstract Thoracolumbar Spine Fractures in Children Thoracolumbar spine fractures are relatively uncommon in the pediatric patient population. Pediatric spine fractures have distinctive characteristics compared to spinal injuries in adults because ofgrowth potential, vertebral ligament and sofl tissue elasticity, dişe and bone strength.
