Özerdemoğlu Hüseyin Yorgancıgil Özet Septik artrit insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SA); prognozunda, enfeksiyonun süresi, hastanın yaşı, tutulan eklem, patojen mikroorganizmanın virulansı, hastanın direnci, eşlik eden hastalıklar ve verilen tedavi gibi birçok faktör rol oynamaktadır, Fakat en önemlisi tedaviye başlayıncaya kadar geçen süredir. Ayrıca SA `in multifaktöriyet bir hastalık olması, standart bir tedavinin oluşturulmasını neredeyse imkansız hale getirmektedir. Sonuçta ortaya çıkan farklı tedavi yöntemlerinin, bizzat kendileri prognozu etkilemektedirler. Anahtar Kelimeler: Septik artrit, prognoz, tedavi. Abstract Factors Influencing the Prognosis of Septic Arthritis The therapeutic outcome ofseptic arthritis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SA); is releated to multiple associated factors, including the duraüon of infection, age of patient, the joints infected, the virulence of specifıc bacteria, hoşt defenses, and comorbidity as vıell as effective therapy. But öne of the most important correlates of outcome is the duration of time before treatment is initiated. Because SA is a multifactorial disease, a standardisa.tion of the treatment seems to be impossible. Finally, the different treatment methods leads to different outcome themselves.
