Trakeotomi iyi bir hazırlık, titiz bir cerrahi ve çok iyi bir bakım yapıldığında güvenilir ve emniyetli bir müdahaledir. Her tür önleme rağmen, acil trakeotomi özellikle küçük çocuklarda zordur. Bu makalede, trakeotomi endikasyonları, cerrahi aletleri, teknikleri ve komplikasyonları gözden geçirildi. Anahtar Kelimeler: Trakeotomi, teknik. Abstract Tracheotomy Tracheotomy, which is a local operation of the upper respiratory tract, is an ancient surgical procedure which has been known for över 2000years. Ifthe tracheotomy is carried out with adequate preparation, meticulous surgical technique and excellent postoperative çare, it is safe and reliable. Despite every precaution, emergency tracheotomy is a difficult operation, particularly in the infant. in this paper, we reviewed the tracheotomy, its indications, instrumentation, technigues and complications.
