Abstract :SüleymanDemirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 1995 Aralık; 2insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(4); İsparta Yöresinde Allerjik Astma ve Allerjik Rinitli Olgularda Prick Test ve Total IgE Sonuçlarının Değerlendirilmesi Ahmet Akkaya Mehmet Ünlü Nalan Uygun Özet İsparta yöresinden polikliniğimize başvuran allerjik astma ve allerjik rinitli toplam 122 olgu öykü, prick test, total IgE sonuçları yönünden incelendi. Allerji öyküsü olan olguların % 57`sinde prick testi pozitif bulundu. Toplam 107 olguda total IgE düzeyi bakıldı. Allerji öyküsü olan 107 olgunun 60`mda insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(% 56); total IgE düzeyi yüksek bulundu. Prick test sonuçları; Dermatophagoides Farinea ve D. Pteronyssinus`a % 45, ot polenlerine % 43.4, ağaç polenlerine % 24.6, hububatlara ise % 44.3 oranlarında pozitif bulundu. Sonuçta bölgede D. farinea, D. pteronyssinus, ot ve hububat polenlerine karşı prick test pozitifliğinin birbirlerine yakın olduğu, ağaç polenlerine karşı ise daha düşük olduğu saptandı. Allerjik astma ve rinit öyküsü olan olgularda total IgE yüksekliği ile prick test pozitifliği arasında pozitif bir ilişki bulundu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.01);. Abstract Evalııation of Prick Test Positivity and Total IgE Levels in Cases with Allergic Asthma and Allergic Rhinitis in İsparta District in this study 122 cases of allergic astma and allergic rhinitis in İsparta district vere evaluated in respect to history, prick test and total IgE levels. Prick test was positive in % 57 of ali cases. Total IgE levels were studied in 107 cases and werefound high in 60 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(% 56); patients. Prick test was positive in % 45.0 of patients for Dermatophagoides farinea and D. pteronyssinus, in % 43.4 for grass and weedpolens, in % 24.6 for tree polens and in % 44.3 for cereals. As a result, prick test positivity rates for Dermatophagoides farinea, D. pteronyssinus, grass \veed polens and cereals arefound similar but lowerfor tree polens in İsparta district. in cases mth allergic asthma and allergic rhinitis that have positive allergic history, a positive relation was found behveen IgE levels and prick test positivity insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p-`0.01);.
