Berat Cihan Metin Gülcüler Hasan ÖZDEMİR Harun ÇIRALIK Özet Katların plevral boşluğuna Oksitetrasiklin veya Polidokanol değişik dozlarda, serum fizyolojikle sulandırılarak, torasentez ile dördüncü inierkostal aralıktan verildi. Deneyde 4 grup halinde 21 rot kullanıldı; grup l insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n:5); 8 mg/kg ve grup 2 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n:5); 16 mg/kgpolidokanol, grup 3 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ri:6); 30 mg/kg ve grup 4 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n:5); 60 mg/kg Oksitetrasiklin. işlemden sonra 14 ratta 1-3 saat süren solunum depresyonu ve hareketsiz yatma izlendi. İşlemden 45 gün sonra raflar sakrifiye edildi ve makroskobik ve mikroskobik değerlendirme yapıldı. Grup l `de bir ratta %25 yapışıklık ve iki ratta atelektazi ve bir ratta akciğer ödemi tesbit edildi. Grup 2`de bir ratta %2 5 yapışıklık ve dört ratta akciğer ödemi tesbit edildi. Grup 3 ve 4`de yapışıklık yoktu. Grup 3 `de üç ratta akciğer ödemi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(biri karşı akciğerde); ve iki ratta ise akciğer içi kanama tesbit edildi. Grup 4 `de bir ödem ve iki akciğer içi kanama mevcuttu. Plevral yapışıklık bölgelerinin mikroskobisinde minimal fıbroziz vardı. Polidokanol ile %20 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2/10); olguda birkaç yapışıklık insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%25); tesbit edildi, fakat Oksitetrasiklin gruplarında hiç yapışıklık yoktu. Akciğerde hasar insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ödem, akciğer içi kanama veya atelektazi); oranları gruplarda sırasıyla % 60, 80, 67 ve 60 şeklindeydi. Radarda plörodeziz çalışması yapmak sklerozan ajanın plevral boşluk yerine akciğer içine verilmesi riski çok yüksek olduğu için zordur. Anahtar Kelimeler: Rat, plörodeziz, Oksitetrasiklin, polidokanol Abstract Pleurodesis With Polidocanol and Oxytetracycline in Rats Oxytetracycline ör polidocanol was administered to the pleural spaces of rats after dilution with isotonic NaCl in different dosages through fourth intercostal space. W e us e d 21 rats infour groups in the experiment; group l insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n:5); 8 mg/kg and Group 2 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n:5); 16 mg/kg polidocanol, Group 3 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n:6); 30 mg/kg and group 4 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(n: 5); 60 mg/kg oxytetracycline. W e observed respiratory depression and lieing down \vithout motion in 14 ratsfor 1-3 hours after the procedure. Rats were sacrificed after 45 daysfrom theprocedure and macroscopic and microscopic examinations were performed. There were 25% adhesion in öne rat, atelectasis in two rats and pulmonary edema in öne rat in Group L There were 25% adhesion in öne rat and pulmonary edema infour rats in Group 2. There was no adhesion in Groups 3 and 4. There were pulmonary edema in three rats insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(öne of them was in the opposite lung); and intrapulmonary hemorrhage in two rats in Group 3. There \vere öne edema and two intrapulmonary hemorrhage in Group 4. Minimal fibrosis was detected in pleural adhesion areas microscopically. Minimal adhesion insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(25%); was observed in 20% of the rats insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2/10); with Polidocanol but there was no adhesion in Oxytetracycline groups. The ratios ofdamage of the lung in the groups insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(edema, intrapulmonary hemorrhage ör atelectasis); were as 60, 80, 67 and 60 %, respectively. it is very difficult to perform pleurodesis study in rats because of high risk of administration of sclerosing agent into the lung instead of pleural space.., Key Words: Rat, plörodeziz, Oksitetrasiklin, polidokanol
