Abstract :SüleymanDemirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 1997 Mart; 4insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1); Koagülaz Negatif Stafilokoklarda Slime Faktörü Pozitifliği ve Antibiyotik Direnci Mustafa Demirci Birdal Yorgancıgil İsmail Demir Özet Çeşitli klinik materyallerden hastalık etkeni ve kontaminant olarak izole edilen 63 Koagülaz negatif stafılokok susunun insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( KNS); si ime yapımı tüp metodu ile araştırıldı. Hastalık etkeni olarak izole edilenlerde % 61, kontaminant olarak değerlendirilen suçlarda % 44 oranında slime pozitifliği saptandı. Yapılan antibiyotik insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Penisilin, Ampisilin- sulbaktam Amoksisilin-klavulanik asit, Metisilin, Sefazolin, Seftriakson, Gentamisin, Eritromisin, Klindamisin, Siprofloksasin, Trimetoprim-Sulfametoksazol, ve Vankomisin); duyarlılık deneylerinde slime pozitif ve negatif suşlarda gentamisin direnci % 94, % 20, oranlarında belirlendi. Bu oranlar istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulundu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P 0.05);. Sonuç olarak, KNS` larda patojenite kriterinden slime faktörü yapımının da dik¬kate alınmasında yarar vardır. Anahtar kelimeler: Koagülaz negatif stafılokoklar, Slime, Antibiyotik duyarlılığı. Abstract Slime Factor Production and Antibiotic Resistence of Coagulase Negative Staphylococci The incidence of slime production was invastigated in pathojenic and contaminant 63 coagulase negative staphylococci insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CNS); strains isolated from different clinical semples using tübe method. Slime positivity was determined in isoleted as pathogen and as contaminant strains in ratio of 61 % and 44 % respeclively, This ratio was foundstatistically signifıcant insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(P 0.05);. As a result, slime factor production must be taken in to consideration in CNS as a pathogenity criteria. Key words: Coagulase negative staphylococci, Slime, Antibiotic sussectibility.
