Abstract :Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 1995 Mart; 2insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1); Migrenli Hastalarda Ruhsal Belirti Dağılımı Galip Akhan, Koksal Alptekin, Talat Bayburtluoğlu Özet Migrenli hastalarda görülebilecek ruhsal durumları araştırmak için 20 Migrenli hastaya SCL-90, Hamilton Anksiyete Ölçeği, Hamilton Depresyon Ölçeği ve Maudsley Obsesyon Kompulsiyon Değerlendirme Ölçeği uygulandı. Elde edilen sonuçlar kontrol grubuyla karşılaştırıldı. Migrenli hasta grubunda, normal kişilere oranla daha yüksek anksiyete, depresyon, somatizasyon ve obsesyon kompulsiyon puanlan olduğu saptandı. Abstract Psychological Characteristics of Migraneus Patients in order to assess psychological problems in patients with migraine, Symptom Check List-90, Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale and Maudsley Obsessive Compulsive Rating Scale were administered to 20 patients with migraine. The results were compared with the results of 20 matched normal controls. We found higher anxiety, depression, somatization and obsession, compulsion scores in the patients with migraine then in normal controls. Key Words: Migraine, psychological characteristicsKeywords :
