Hakan Polat, Metin Caner Özet Bu çalışmada, juvenil hipertansiyonla olguların parmak ve avuç içlerindeki dermatoglifik örnekler; kontrol gruplarıyla karşılaştırılarak, juvenil hipertansiyon ve dermatoglifıkler arasındaki ilişki araştırıldı. Juvenil hipertansiyonla hastaların el parmak uçlarında düğüm tipleri, TRC, palmar H ilmeği kontrollere göre daha fazla; ulnar ilmekler, palmar III ilmeği ve t triradiusu daha azdı. Ayrıca, A temel çizgisinin 4 noktasında sonlanma sıklığı kontrollere göre fazladır. Juvenil hipertansiyonlu hastaların parmak ve avuç içlerindeki örneklerde önemli dermatoglifik farklar gözlendi. Gözlenen bulgulardan, dermatoglifik analizlerin juvenil hipertansiyon ile ilgili yapılan genetik çalışmalara yardımcı bir metod olarak katkıda bulunacağı sonucuna vardık. Abstract Dermatoglyphic Features in the Patients with Juvenil Hypertension in this study, the relationship bet\veen juvenil hypertension and dermatoglyphics was investigated by comparing dermatoglyphic patterns offınger andpalms of juvenil hypertension patients \vith the control groups. On the fingertips of juvenil hypertension cases, \vhorl types, TRC, palmar H loops vvere mor e; ulnar loops, palmar III loops and t triradii were less then those of the controls. Furthermore, thefrequency of the ending of the palmar A Üne of patients in 4>h point was mor e than controls. The dermatoglyphic patterns offınger andpalms were observed signifıcantly different in patients with juvenil hypertension. From the results obtained, we conclude insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(hat the dermatoglyphic analyzes will contribute to the genetic studies done with juvenil hypertension.
