Trimestr İnsan Fetuslarmda Morfolojik ve Morfometrik Olarak İncelenmesi Ahmet Salbacak, İ.İlknur Uysal Özet Bu çalışmada fötal hayat boyunca foramen ovale `nin hem morfolojik hem de morfometrik olarak değerlendirilmesi ve sonuçların yaş ve cinsiyete göre karşılaştırılması amaçlandı. Bu amaçla Anatomi anabilim dalı kolleksiyomımuzda bulunan 66 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(34 dişi, 32 erkek); adet 2. ve 3. trimestr fetusların kalpleri klasik diseksiyon metodu ile çıkarılarak, septum interatriale ve foramen ovale görünür hale getirildi. Foramen ovale `nin morfolojik görünümü belirlendi ve fotoğraftandı. Foramen ovale `nin vertikal ve sagittal uzunlukları insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(mm); kumpas yardımı ile ölçüldü. Elde edilen ölçüm verileri ile yaş ve cinsiyete göre gelişim süreci, linear regresyon ve korelasyon analiz yöntemi ile istatistiksel olarak değerlendirildi. Fetusların % 6.06`sında septumprimum `un septum secundum üzerine kan akışına izin verecek şekilde üst üste geldiği, % 1.51 `inde septum primumda küçük delikler bulunduğu, % 1.51 `inde septum primum`un önünde ve arkasında 2 adet açıklığın varolduğu, % 1.51 `inde septum primum `un sağ atrium tarafında yer aldığı, % 1.51 `inde septum primum `un, septum interatriale `nin sağında ve solunda olmak üzere iki yapraklı olduğu gözlendi. Cinsiyet karşılaştırılması yapıldığında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık tespit edilemedi. Trimestr yaşına göre yapılan istatistiksel analizde, foramen ovale vertikal uzunluğunda 3. trimestrda istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05); orta derecede insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r = 0.46); korelasyon tespit edildi. Çalışmamızdan elde ettiğimiz verilerin foramen ovale `ninfötal gelişim sürecinde gösterdiği farklılıkların anlaşılmasına ve görüntüleme tekniklerinden elde edilen verilerin yorumlanmasına ve konjenital defektlerin belirlenmesine katkıda bulunacağı kanaatindeyiz. Anahtar Kelimeler: Foramen ovale, fetus, fetal gelişim Abstract Morphological And Morphometrical Investigation of Foramen Ovale in the Second and Third Trimester Human Fetuses In this study we aimed to investigate the morphologic and morphometric evaluation of foramen ovale during fetal period and the results were compared regarding age and sex. For this purpose, the hearts of 66 fetuses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(34 Female, 32 Male); in 2 and 3rd trimester were removed from fetuses collection of anatomy department and dissected to expose interatrial septum and foramen ovale. The morphological observation of foramen ovale -were recorded and photographed. The vertical and sagittal lengths insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(mm); of the foramen ovale were measured by the caliper. The obtained data were evaluated statistically for the developmental period according to the age and sex by linear regression and correlation analysis. The septum primum of 6.06 % of fetuses were observed in close relationship with the septum secundum allowing to blood flow. In one insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1.51 %); fetus there was two part of the foramen ovale, one of them was in front of the septum primum and second was behind of it. In one case insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1.51 %);, the septum primum was in the right part of the interatrial septum. In one case insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1.51 %); the septum primum was observed as having two membrane, one of them was in the right of the interatrial septum and the other was in the left. There was no statistical differences in comparison of the sex. In the statistical analysis according to trimester age, the vertical length of the foramen ovale in third trimester was found to have significantly insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05); moderate correlation insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(r=0.46);. The data obtained from the present study can be useful in better understanding of the differentiation of the foramen ovale during the developmental period, making proper comment on the images obtained from foramen ovale of the fetuses using new imaging techniques and the determination of congenital defects.
