Sporları Sevcan Tatlidil, Adem Biçakçi, Ahmet Akkaya, Hulusi Malyer Özet Bu çalışmada 1996 yılında Burdur atmosferinde bulunan en yaygın sporlar olan Cladosporium sp. ve Alternaria sp.`nin miktarlarının saptanması amaçlandı. Bu çalışma Durham cihazı kullanılarak gravimetrik metoda göre yapıldı. Preperatlar Durham cihazına yerleştirilmeden önce bazik fuksinli gliserin jelatin karışımı ile kaplandı. Haftalık olarak değiştirilen preperatlarda cm2`ye düşen spor miktarı saptandı. Burdur atmosferinde bütün aylarda Cladosporium sp. ve Alternaria sp.`e rastlanıldı. Yıl boyunca cm2 başına 2064`ü Cladosporium sp.`e, 353`ü Alternaria sp.`e ait olan toplam 2417 adet spot saptandı. Anahtar Kelimeler: Allerjen, fungus sporları, Alternaria sp., Cladosporium sp. Abstract Allergen Cladosporium Sp. and AlternarW Sp. Spores in the Atmosphere of Burdur In this study which was carried out during 1996, we aimed to identify the amount of most common fungal spores insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cladosporium sp. and Alternaria sp); in the atmosphere of Burdur. This study was carried out according to the gravimetric method, using a Durham sampler. Before exposure, the slides smeared with glycerine j elry stained with basic fucsine. Slides were changed weekly. The number of spores was expressed as grains per square centimeter öf microscope cover glass. Spores of Cladosporium sp. and Alternaria sp. were recorded throughout the year in the atmosphere of Burdur. During the year observations, a total 2417 spores/cm2 belonging to Cladosporium sp. and Alternaria sp. were identified. In total and 2064 spores belonged to Cladosporium sp. and 353 spores belonged to Alternaria sp. Key Words: Allergen , fungal spores, Alternaria sp., Cladosporium sp.
