Gestasyon haftası 35 ve altında olan J Zeynep Kamil Kadın Doğum ve Çocuk Hastalıkları Eğitim ve Araştırına Hastanesi Yenidoğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesinde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( Y.D.Y.B.Ü.); izlenen bebeklerin 283 ` üne postnatal 4 - 6 hafta olduklarında göz muayeneleri¬ne başlandı . ROP insidansını % 48 ve evre 3 veya daha fazla olan ROP İnsidansı % 9.1 olarak bulduk . Do¬ğum ağırlığı ve gestasyon haftası ile ROP arasında ileri derecede anlamlı fark bulundu. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( p < 0.0001 ); . Evre 3 ROP saptanan 26 bebekten 20` sine lazer veya crioterapi uygulandı. Şehirde 3. düzey Y.D.Y.B.Ü. olarak hizmet veren ikinci büyük devlet hastanesi olması ; antenatal takiplerinin yetersiz yapıldığı , sosyo-ekonomik düzeyi düşük gebelerin hastanemize başvurma¬ları nedeniyle ROP insidansımızda azalma olmamıştır . Anahtar kelimeler : retinopati, prematürite , insidans Abstract Determination Of Rop Inddence And Risk Factor F ör The Prematüre Babies The goal of tlıis study is to deternıine the risk factors and the incidence of carrying out a surgical treatment with taser and crioteraphy due to the prematüre having ROP incidence and thereshold di-sease insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( stage 3 ); between the gestation week of 27 and 35. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( l J üne 1997-31 December 2000); Eye examination began when 283 babies who were in postnatal week 4 and 6, and were in gestation week of 35 and under at Zeynep Kamil Gynecology and Childreıı Diseases Edu-cation and Research Hospital, Newborn Intensive Çare Unit insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( NlCU);. We lıave found ROP incidence as %48 and the same incidence witlı the stage 3 and more has been found as % 9.1 .There was a significant dîjference between the ROP and, the weight of birth and the gestation week insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( p < 0.0001 );. Laser and crioteraphy have been carried out f ör 20 out of 26 babies who have been diagnosed for stage 3 ROP. The following items explains the reasonfor not decreasing the incidence of ROP: being a second biggest hospital providing service as a third level NlCU, not enough antenatal follow-ııp, pragnant women applying to the hospital with having low social and econornical conditions.
