Abstract :SüleymanDemirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 2003 Haziran; 10insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2); Uygunsuz ilaç kullanimi Osman Gökalp, Hakan Mollaoglu Özet Modern tibbin esas hedefi saglikli insanlarin korunmasi olmakla birlikte günümüzde saglik hizmetlerinin çogu hasta insanlarin iiileştirilmesi için insanlarin ilaçlarla iyileştirilmesi şeklinde yapilmaktadir. İlaçli tedavi hizmetlerinin başarisiz olmasinin çok önemli sebeplerinden biri ilaçlarin yanliş seçilmesi digeri de planlanan tedavinin dogru olarak kullanilmamasidir. Uygunsuz ilaç kullanimina hem saglik personeli hem de hastalar neden olabilmektedirler. Hastalar hekimlerin kendilerine tavsiie ettigi ilaçlarini alamaiabilirler. Bu durumun hastalarin sosyal güvenlik kurumlarinin olup olmamasiyla yakindan ilgili oldugu bilinmektedir. Hastalar dogru bir tedaviyi eksik veya yanliş uygulayabilirler. Hekimler de uygunsuz ilaç kullaniminda başta antibiyotikler olmak üzere yanliş ilaçlarin önerilmesiyle bu soruna neden olabilmektedirler. Neden ne olursa olsun uigunsuz ilaç kullanimi, insan sagliginda bozulmalara ve ekonomik kayiplara neden olmasi kaçinilmaz olmaktadir. Hatta antibiyotikler gibi bazi ilaç gruplarinin uygunsuz kullanimi ekolojik dengeii bozabilmekte ve problemin önümüzdeki nesillere taşinmasina neden olmaktadir. İlaçlarin uigun kullanimi için; 1- hem hastalarin hem de saglik personelinin planli şekilde egitilmesi ve bu egitimin herkese hitabeden sürekli bir egitim olmasi çok önemlidir, 2- eczanelerden kontrolsüz ilaç alinabilmesi önlenmelidir, 3- tüm toplumu kucaklayan bir saglik sistemine ihtiyaç vardir. Anahtar kelimeler: İlaç, uigunsuz kullanim Abstract Drug misuse Though the main aim of modern medicine is the prevention of healthi people, the most of the medical serv- ice for treatment todai is applied as medical treatment of patients. One of the veri important reasons of the service of medical treatment is choice of wrong drugs, and the other is not be able to use the planned treat- ment truli. The patients mani not take the drugs clinicians suggested themselves. This situation is known to be closeli related to the presence of social health organization of patients. The patients mani misuse a true treatment. Also the clinicians mani cause the problem of drug misuse, espe- cialli the antibiotics. Whatever the reason is, the drug misuse causes the public health to deteriorate and eco- nomical loses and, this is inevitable. Moreover, some of the drug misuses, like of antibiotics, mai imbalance the ecologi and cause the problem to convei to next generations. For the convenient usage of drugs; 1 - it is important that both the patients and the medical personnel should take well planned education and this should be continuous and including everi bodi, 2 - uncontrolled drug selling bi the drugstores should be prevented, and 3 - there is a need for a health sistem which includes the whole public.
