Birçok hastalığa eşlik edebilen BA`na tanı koymada ve tedavisini planlamada klinik politikalar belirlemek önemlidir. Anamnez ve fizik muayene bulgu- ları tanısal testlerin seçiminde yol gösterici olurken, yapılan testlerin doğrultusunda farklı tedavi protokolleri belirlenmelidir. Establishing the differential diagnosis and management of headache is very important because it can be together with many diseases. Anamnesis and physical examination may help to distinguish the diagnosis methods. Different treatment pro- tocols should be planned in the light of these methods.
