Abstract :Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi TIP FAKÜLTESİ DERGİSİ: 2009 Mart; 16 insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(1); The development of muscular layers in the wall of fetal urinary bladder during the fetal period Neslihan Cankara, Gülnur Özgüner, Esra Koyuncu, Kadir Desdicioðlu, Osman Sulak Özet Fetal dönem boyunca fetal mesane duvarýndaki kas tabakalarýnýn geliþimi Amaç: Çalýþmamýzda fetal dönem boyunca mesane duvarýnýn kas tabakalarýnýn geliþimi incelenmiþtir. Bulgular: Elde edilen veriler deðerlendirildiðinde, parametrelerde cinsler arasýnda fark olmadýðý gözlendi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p>0.05);. Tüm parametrelerin gestasyonel yaþla birlikte arttýðý tespit edildi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p 0.05);. All parameters were increasing with gestational age insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.001);. In the first trimester, 33% of the cases had two layered muscular structure and 67% of the cases had three layered muscle. 86% of the cases in the second trimester and 97% of the cases in the third trimester had three layered muscular structure. All cases had three layers in the full term. Conclusion: Having the knowledge of the changes in smooth muscle of urinary bladder during the fetal period will contribute to define the different pathology and anomalies. Key words: urinary bladder, fetal development, muscular layer, human fetus
