Abstract :Terapötik aferez çeşitlerinden en sık kullanılan, tedavi amaçlı plazma değişimi, tam kanın hastadan alınarak bir cihaz vasıtası ile komponentlerine ayrılması ve bu komponentlerden şekilli elemanların diğer bir plazma kaynağı ile insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(doğal veya yapay); birlikte hastaya geri verilmesidir. Hastanemiz yoğun bakım ünitesinde 1 yıl içerisinde plazmaferez uyguladığımız olguları retrospektif olarak değerlendirdik. Toplam 11 olguya 56 seans plazmaferez yapılmıştır. 3 olgunun Gullian Barre Sendromu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%27.2);, 2 olgunun Wegeneer Granulomatozis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%18.2);, 2 olgunun Trombotik Trombositopenik Purpura insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%18.2); ve birer olgu ile Kriyoglobulinemi insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%9.1);, Myastenia Gravis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%9.1);, Goodpasture Sendromu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%9.1); ve Rapid Progressive Glomerulonefrit insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(%9.1); olduğu saptandı. İşlenen kan hacmi 5479 mL ± 1597 mL, değiştirilen plazma hacmi 2777 mL ± 542 mL, süre 184 dk ± 42 dk olarak hesaplanmıştır. İşlemler sırasında oluşan komplikasyonlar ise %36.4 oranındadır. Sonuç olarak yoğun bakımda yatan kritik olguların tedavisinde plazmaferez kullanımının önemli bir destek tedavi olabileceği, hastanın yatış süresini azaltmada, klinik semptomların azalmasında ve geleneksel tedaviye önemli katkı yaptığı ve hatta bazı hastalıklarda yerini tuttuğu göz önüne alınmalıdır. Anahtar kelimeler: Terapötik Plazmaferez, Plazmaferez Endikasyonları Abstract Plasmaphaeresis administration in Intensive Care Unit of Hospital of Suleyman Demirel University The plasma change; the most wide spread usage of therapeutic aphaeresis types is withdrawing the whole blood from the patient with a device and separating it to its components and administrating the shaped elements to the patient with another plasma source. We evaluated the cases performed plasmaphaeresis for 1 year in our hospital. Fifty six seance of plasmaphaeresis was performed to total 11 cases. It was determined that 3 cases were Guillaine Barre syndrome insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(27.2%);, 2 cases were Thrombotic Thrombocytopenic Purpurosis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(18.2%);, one case was Cryglobulinemia insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(9.1%);, Myasthenia Gravis insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(9.1%);, Goodpasture Syndrome insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(9.1%);, and Rapid Progressive Glomerulonephrit. The manipulated volume of blood was 5479 mL ± 1597 mL, the changed plasma volume was 2777 mL ± 542 mL, time was 184 min ± 42 min. The ratio of complications during manipulations was 36.4%.As a result, plasmapheresis can be used significant treatment method in critically ill patient in intensive care units. This is significantly increase of patient`s stay period in hospital and increase the clinical symptoms. İt is consider that plasmapheresis can be used hepler treatment method and also sometimes can be succeeded of main treatment. Key words: Therapeutic Plasmapheresis, Plasmapheresis Indication.
