Bu yazıda futbol topu çarpması sonrası senkop geçiren, AV tam blokun eşlik ettiği hipertrofik nonobstrüktif kardiyomiyopatili bir olguda takılabilir kardiyoverter defibrilatör uygulaması sunuldu.
