Abstract :Foliküler müsinozis folikül epitelinde ve sebase glandlarda müsin adacıklarının gözlendiği bir durumdur. Histopatolojik bulguları müsin birikiminin gözlendiği mikozis fungoides ile ayırtedebilmek çok zordur. Çocukluk çağında görülen foliküler müsinöz olgularının çoğunda spontan regresyon görülse de Hodgkin Lenfoma ile ilişkili olduğuna dair veriler bulunmaktadır. Bizde bu makalede çocukluk çağında nadir olarak rastlanan foliküler müsinöz olgusunu sunmayı amaçladık.
