Abstract :Mucoepidermoid carcinoma insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(MEC); is the most common malignant tumor of the salivary gland and is most commonly seen in the parotid. Oncocytic mucoepidermoid carcinoma insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(OMEC); is a rare subtype. Here, we aimed to present the histological, immunohistochemical, and molecular results of a 28-year-old female patient followed for endometrial cancer, whether the mass in the right parotid is a primary or metastatic tumor.
