Abstract :This study explores the emerging concept of Industry 5.0 by synthesizing fragmented knowledge in the literature and developing a multidimensional theoretical framework. Designed as a conceptual review, it systematically analyzes sources on the transition from Industry 4.0 to Industry 5.0, focusing on conceptual foundations, enabling technologies, and implementation debates. The findings reveal that Industry 5.0 represents not merely a technological evolution but a new industrial vision that embeds ethical, environmental, and societal responsibilities at its core. Enabling technologies such as artificial intelligence, digital twins, collaborative robots, smart materials, and blockchain support sustainable production, while human–machine collaboration, circular economy, and green manufacturing emerge as key elements of the paradigm. Although the concept has not yet reached full maturity and is often perceived as an extension of Industry 4.0, its human-centered and sustainability-oriented focus distinguishes it qualitatively from previous industrial revolutions. Achieving Industry 5.0 will require not only advanced technological integration but also ethical sensitivity, skilled labor, visionary strategies, and effective public policies. Keywords : Endüstri 5.0, Sürdürülebilirlik, İnsan Merkezlilik
