Abstract :Bu çalışmada, Ag/n-GaAs yapının, farklı sıcaklık değerlerinde doğru ve ters beslem akım gerilim ölçümleri alınmıştır. Bu ölçümlerden faydalanarak yapının idealite faktörü, doyma akımı, Richardson sabiti ve engel yüksekliği hesaplanmıştır. Ag/GaAs yapının sığa gerilim ölçümlerinden faydalanarak engel potansiyel değeri hesaplanmıştır.
