Abstract :Gastronomi son dönemde moda akımı yaşayan bir terminoloji. Bilimsel olduğu iddia edilen çalışmaların ve her haliyle ticaret kokan magazinsel yaşantının da en gözde konusu. Ancak, gastronomi güneşinin dış çeperinde ve merkezindeki sıcaklığı ölçebildiğini iddia edenler, farklı ısı derecelerinde kaynamakta olan bu yumurtanın içinde biyofiziksel açıdan neler olduğunun farkında bile değiller.
