Abstract :The treasury is responsible for the supervision of the state revenues, expenditures and public resources, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia, About this institution we made this simple research. This research is for highlighting the constituent elements of the Treasury, material, human and legislative; to show and elaborate it as a major institution in the structure of the Islamic system. The research aims to highlight the institutional side of the Treasury, and to show the advantages the way it can be utilized in the rationalization of the modern economy. The research begins with a foreword that contains a brief introduction about the Treasury, then a sum up of the Treasury elements, then a breakdown of those elements in a context where the elements of the Treasury are the same elements of the Research.
