Abstract :Occupational health and safety (OHS) is a significant social policy domain that directly influences the overall welfare of society, economic sustainability, social equality, and public health. Developing a robust OHS culture plays a critical role in achieving a country\\\'s sustainable development goals. Teachers play a crucial role in establishing an OHS culture in educational institutions. In this study, a survey was conducted with a total of 546 teachers working in 44 vocational and technical high schools in Samsun Province. The data collected from the research were analyzed using the SPSS statistical program. Parametric tests, such as the T-test and ANOVA, along with descriptive statistical methods (frequency, percentage, count), were employed to determine whether teachers\\\' culture varied based on demographic characteristics. The analysis revealed that the OHS culture levels of teachers working in vocational high schools were above average. Furthermore, a weak but positive relationship was identified between teachers\\\' OHS culture levels and the adequacy of the OHS training provided by the Ministry of Education in meeting minimum requirements. Based on the demographic analysis, statistically significant differences were found in teachers\\\' OHS culture levels according to gender, age, prior OHS training received, and teaching branches. However, no significant differences were observed based on professional seniority or education level.
