Abstract :In the era of industrialization, the environment becomes the environmentalists’ topic of concern. They are constantly getting involved in investigating organizational variables that can make the transition to sustainability easier. The aim of this study is to test the relationship between green supply chain management insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(GSCM);, environmental collaboration insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EC);, and firm sustainable performance insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(FSP);. In addition to this; investigating how the mediating role of environmental collaboration helps this transition. A survey was used for the data collection from 114 firms in manufacturing firms in Algeria. This data was analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PLS-SEM);. The findings showed that GSCM have a positive effect on FSP and EC, and a positive effect of EC on FSP. Also, the findings showed supports for the mediation effect of environmental collaboration in the relationship between GSCM and firm sustainable performance.
