Abstract :Most of the Turkish literature on structural change showed that the structural change mien on economic growth was either neglectable or negative, meaning that the structural change had an adverse impact on economic growth due to the labor transformation from the high labor productivity sectors to low productive ones. This fact prompts us to pose the question: If labor insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(or human resources); had been directed toward the industries where it was most efficient, how much of a surge in value-added per worker insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(or per human resource unit); might we predict? The motivation of this paper is to calculate the potential gain from allocation in Turkey during the period from 1990 to 2018. The results revealed that Our results revealed that with the appropriate sectoral redistribution, a 28% enhancement could be attained by Turkey. Turkey ought to direct resources into sectors showing strong growth, accentuating educational and infrastructure enhancement. Giving precedence to R&D, refreshing trade regulations, and diminishing bureaucratic obstructions will stimulate productivity growth. Embracing inclusivity, utilizing data-informed evaluations, and employing selectivity strategies, alongside cooperative actions across domains, will uplift Turkey\`s economic horizon.
