Nakil İşleminin Gökkuşağı Alabalıkları (Oncorhynchus mykiss, W. 1792)`nın Bazı Kan Parametre Değerleri Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract :Bu çalışmada, gökkuşağı alabalığının, kan sodyum insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Na);, potasyum insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(K);, klorür insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cl);, üre, ürik asit ve kan üre azotu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BUN); düzeylerine nakil işleminin etkileri araştırıldı. Bu amaçla, Keban`da bulunan özel bir alabalık üretim tesisinden, ortalama ağırlığı 40,5±0,5 g ve ortalama uzunluğu 15,6±0,13 cm olan 90 adet balık, Devlet Su İşleri insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DSİ);` nin Keban Su Ürünleri Üretim Tesisine nakil edildi. Nakilden hemen sonra insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(t0 grubu);, nakilden 12 saat sonra insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(t12 grubu); ve nakil işlemi uygulanmayan insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(kontrol grubu); balıkların kan analizleri yapılarak sonuçlar istatistiksel olarak karşılaştırıldı. Çalışma neticesinde, t0 grubunun serum Na değerinin diğer gruplardan önemli düzeyde insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p < 0,05); yüksek olduğu belirlendi. Ayrıca, t0 ve t12 gruplarındaki üre, ürik asit ve kan üre azotu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BUN); değerlerinin kontrol grubuna göre önemli insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p < 0,05); düzeyde yüksek olduğu, ancak araştırma gruplarının K ve Cl değerleri arasında istatistiksel olarak önemli bir farkın olmadığı insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p > 0,05); tespit edildi. Anahtar kelimeler: Gökkuşağı alabalığı, balık nakli, stres, kan parametreleri Effect of Transport Process on Some Blood Parameters Levels of The Rainbow Trout insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Oncorhynchus mykiss, W. 1792); In this study, the effect of transport process on the levels of sodium, potassium, chloride, urea, uric acid and blood urea nitrogen insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(BUN); in blood of rainbow trout has been investigated. For this purpose, 90 fishes which has average weight of 40.5±0.5 g and average length of 15.6±0.13 cm have been transported from a commercial fish production plant to the Keban water produces production plant of DSI. Blood samples taken from fishes which after immediately from transport process insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(t0 group);, after 12 hours from transport process insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(t12 group); and not applied transport process insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(control group); have been analyzed and the results have been compared as statistically. As result of the study, it is determined that Na level in the serum of t0 group are significantly higher insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p < 0.05); than the other groups. Besides, it is observed that the urea, uric acid and blood urea nitrogen levels in the blood samples of t0 and t12 groups are significantly higher insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0.05); compared to the control group, but no significant difference between K and Cl levels of the groups as statistically insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p > 0.05);.
