Abstract :Erişkinlerde Ektopik intratorasik böbrek ile kongenital diafragma hernisinin birlikteliği çok nadir görülen bir anomalidir. Bu yazıda sol Bochdalek hernisi ile birlikte intratorasik böbreği olan 53 yaşında bir erkek olguyu sunuyoruz.
