Abstract :The history of psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior of health care professionals in the health sector and the relationship between them. 429 employees were interviewed. The survey includes psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior scales. There was a positive and moderate relationship between the psychological capital of the employees and organizational citizenship behavior insert ignore into journalissuearticles values( r = .528, p = .000);. There was a significant and positive relationship between all sub-dimensions of psychological capital and all subdimensions of organizational citizenship behavior. The level of organizational citizenship behavior can demonstrate increases in case of an increase in psychological capital level of health workers.
