Abstract :Bu çal ışmada 10- 150 p.g/ml miktarlar ı ndaki glifosat herbisitinin tek ve kombine Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Lactobacillus p/antarum, StreptococCus thermophilus, Streptococcus lactis, Streptococcus diacetylactis, Pediococcus pentosaceus bakterilerinin geli ş imi ve laktik asit üretimi üzerindeki etkisi incelenmi ştir. Glifosat ı n L. bulgaricus suş ları n ı n gelişimlerini genellikle stimüle ederken, diğ er test bakterilerinin geli ş imi üzerinde, inhibisyon etkisi gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Yap ı lan çal ışmalarda glifosat ı n artan konsantrasyonlar ı nda 10-150 pg/m1 gerek tek kültürlerin, gerekse kombine kültürlerin asit üretiminde azalma oldu ğ u belirlenmiştir.
