Abstract :Bu çalışmada ayçiçeğinin Ekiz genotipinden seçilen 9 farklı hatta ait in vitro gelişen bir haftalık bitkicikler kullanılmıştır. Her hattan yaprak, yaprak sapı ve olgunlaşmış kotiledon eksplanları bitkiciklerden izole edilerek Agrobacterium tumefaciens’in onkogenik A281 hattıyla inokule edilmişlerdir. Tümör oluşumu eksplantlar inoküle edildikten 6-7 gün sonra başlamış olup, 4 hafta sonra denen ayçiçeği hatlarına ait bütün eksplantlarda tümör oluşumu gözlenmiştir
