Abstract :Ermeniler, Yahudiler ve Araplar gibi en büyük nüfusa sahip halklar hakkında bilgi verilir. Gözlemleri diğer gezginler ile hemen hemen aymdır. Osmanlı İmparatorluğunun kuruluş döneminden beri yaptığı fetihlerin temelinde Kuran—ı Kerim’de yer alan Dar—ül İslam ve Darü’l harp olarak ayrılan dünyanın Darül Harp olan kısmına ele geçirme düşüncesi yatmaktadır. Endres bu düşüncenin tersini savunmaktadır
