Abstract :1Makedonya Meselesi: Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nda Vilayet-i Selâse olarak adlandırılan Kosova, Selanik, Manastır Vilayetleri üzerinde 93 Harbi’nden sonra Balkan Devletleri’nin hak iddia etmesinden doğan sorundur. 1913’te Balkan Harbi ile birlikte Osmanlı İmparatorluğu’nun aleyhine sonuçlanmıştır. Manastır Hadisesi: 8 Temmuz 1908’de İttihat ve Terakki oluşumunu bertaraf etmek için Sultan Abdülhamid tarafından Manastır’a gönderilen Ferik Şemsi Paşa’nın İttihat ve Terakki fedaisi Mülazım-ı Evvel Atıf Bey insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Kamçıl); tarafından öldürülmesidir. Bu olay İkinci Meşrutiyet’e giden süreçte önemli bir kırılma noktasıdır
