Abstract : Buğday  ürünlerinin  kalitelerini  etkileyen  en önemli  faktör  hammaddedeki   hammadde kalitelerini ise çeşitle birlikte hasat öncesi ve hasat sonrası bir dizi faktör belirlemektedir. Bu yazıda Türkiye`de hammadde kalitesini olumsuz yönde etkileyen tüm sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri üzerinde durulmuştur.
