Abstract :In recent years, the increasing prevalence of digital addiction has become the focus of research attention. Increasing digital addiction can have negative physical, psychological and social effects on individuals. In the general population, impairments in health, education, work and other social functions caused by digital addiction can be resolved with preventive and therapeutic methods. In today\\\'s world where physical inactivity is common, initiatives are needed to increase physical activity and reduce digital addiction. Exercise programs prepared by physiotherapists can improve the quality of life of individuals with digitally dependent sedentary lifestyles. In this context, it is necessary to develop policies that will reduce digital addiction.
