Abstract :Bu çalışmada, finansal sistem ve ekonomik büyüme arasındaki etkileşim genel bir çerçevede ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Gelişmiş ve etkin bri finansal yapının, ekonomik büyümeyi nasıl etkileyebileceği üzerinde durulmuştur ve finansal sistemde oluşacak etkinsizlik durumlarından biri olan kredi tayınlanması durumu açıklanmaya çalışılarak; bu durumun ekonomik büyümeya olumsuz etkisi ifade edilmiştir. In this study the reciprocal influence between financial system and economic growth has been examined. Furthermore how a developed and efficient financial structure will be able to affect the economic growth has been studied and by explaning the credit rationing which is one of the inefficiency situations taking place in financia system, the negative effect of this situation for economic growth has been stated clearly.
